The spectator has a completely free selection of any one of three "hypnotic" symbol cards. There is no force of cards.
Yet despite a completely fair selection process, the magician never fails to determine which one of the cards the spectator has selected. In fact, the magician claims he has "hypnotized" the spectator into selecting a specific card.
To prove his claims, the magician shows that he knew in advance which card he would force the spectator to choose through apparent "hypnosis."
Easy to do. Made in the USA .

The new Royal Magic Hypnotic Choice is a huge step forward from the old, much cheaper version. Though the small pen is about the same, the cards are a much, much higher quality. And they finally dropped the awful phrase "Because of your personality you will choose red" on the enveloped card. Instead they include a card that appears as a fortune teller admittance ticket with a much simpler, to the point, reveal on the back. I've taught magic classes for many years, and have owned dozens of versions of this effect. But this is by far the best beginner version I have ever seen.
