The Last Straw
I ordered an 8 foot appearing straw from a different company online. Once I received it, I felt like I had been scammed. Without going into great detail, the product I received was nonfunctional and useless. I had a show to perform in less than a week. A magic shop in my area recommended that I call Big Guys Magic. I explained my predicament to them and they were eager to help me out. It was the end of the day and were closing. They stayed over to get my order of a new straw packaged and in the mail so it would arrive in time for my show. I received it on time and was extremely impressed with how easy it was to use. Everything about it was better, especially the appearance. It looked exactly like a McDonalds straw. I had many people come up to me after the show to tell me that it was the highlight of my performance. Thank you Big Guy for coming through for me.
