Product Description
Your audience sees the deck begin to shrink.Slowly.
Visibly.
Impossibly.
A card is freely chosen, signed if you wish, and returned to the deck. Then, in full view and with nothing to hide, the cards slowly disappear.
First, the cards of the not-selected colour vanish.
Then those of the not-selected suit.
Then all remaining cards vanish until only the selection remains and can be immediately handed out.
An ultra-clean multi-phase visual deck vanish with a logical structure that audiences instantly understand, and performers can quickly master.
Unlike traditional vanishing deck effects that happen in an instant, DIMINISH allows your spectators to watch the impossible unfold before their eyes. The deck visibly reduces in size three times, creating a sequence of escalating moments that build suspense and astonishment before the final revelation.
The structure is logical, natural, and easy to follow. Every phase feels motivated. Every moment strengthens the illusion.
Best of all, DIMINISH is designed for real-world performance.

- Craig Petty
"Wonderfully constructed... both the routine and the gimmick."

FAQ:
1) What makes DIMINISH different?
- Easy to do. Nothing to rotate. No finger movement. The gimmick does all the work for you.
- The vanish happens for a reason. The extra 'quarter deck' phase enables the flow of the gradual deck vanish to make perfect sense. Wrong colour disappears. Wrong suit disappears. Remaining cards disappear. Selection remains.
- It looks the most real. The visuals look exactly as they should.
2) How long will DIMINISH last?
A long, long time!
No threads. No elastic. No springs.
The one thing that could conceivably wear out after a lot of use is discussed in the video and can be replaced in about 3 minutes.
DIMINISH is built to last. If you buy a second DIMINISH, it won't be to replace the first. It will be to have one in your close up case as well as your EDC (Every Day Carry).
3) Is there a red backed version?
You don't need one. DIMINISH will work with any deck.
4) Are there any clothing restrictions?
Handlings are shown with and without a jacket. You can even perform in shorts and a T-shirt.
