Dobie Maxwell is a nationally known comedian who started out in Milwaukee and now lives in the Chicago area. He has appeared in all 48 continental United States and worked with Jeff Foxworthy, Tim Allen, Rose O’Donnell, Jay Leno, Jerry Seinfeld, and Robin Williams to name a few. Perhaps you saw Dobie recently on The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson. He has been teaching comedy classes since 1994 and is the official comedy teacher of Zanies Comedy Clubs in Chicago. Dobie will be conducting a mini-comedy class to help you put more comedy in your magic.

Jim Peck is a radio and TV celebrity, splitting time between WTMJ radio on Saturday mornings and his Remember TV show on PBS. An extraordinarily adept interviewer, he has spent face time with the Amazing Randi, Milbourne Christopher, Uri Geller, Jimmy Stewart, Otto Preminger, Kirk Douglas, Raquel Welch, Jane Fonda, and Farah Fawcett. He swapped stories with the best of the best during his decade plus years as a Hollywood TV game show host.

Join Dobie and Jim as they share their insights about the inner workings of show business while they worked with these prominent celebrities. Here’s your chance to get a unique view of the entertainment industry from two guys who’ve “been there, done that.” You’ll pick up a boodle of tips that you can add to your upcoming shows after participating in their mini Comedy Boot Camp.
