    Jay Sankey "Lecture"

    Only Wisconsin visit.

Jay Sankey is a true magician's magician and is widely considered to be one of the most original thinkers and finest magic teachers alive today. He is also one of the most prolific magic creators on the planet. While many of his especially creative contemporaries have a few dozen original routines to their credit, at last count Jay has created over 500 original street magic illusions.

As a performer, Jay has headlined at comedy clubs and mystified audiences at private parties, trade shows, banquets and corporate functions. Jay has also worked as a consultant for many of the world's most well-known magicians including Criss Angel, Keith Barry and David Copperfield. Even David Blaine has been seen using Jay's magic tricks!

What’s in Jay Sankey’s All New Lecture?

    • Jay’s new lecture features magic and mentalist designed to inspire spontaneous interaction between the performer and the audience.
    • Instead of 'stand back and watch me do cool magic tricks,' the effects are structured to 'open moments' for FUN and MEMORABLE exchanges.
    • So the effects are brief, flexible, imaginative, and supremely adaptable to almost any performance situation. The effects also require little or no set-up, and involve mostly ordinary and everyday items. Nothing looks like 'something from a magic shop.'
    • Instead of a lot tricks with cards and coins, Jay will be sharing the secrets to jaw-dropping effects with dollar bills, drinking straws, iPhone cords, bottle caps, sunglasses, finger rings and more. And as with most of his material, the effects are extremely visual, and require very little scripting. For the most part, the tricks are also quite easy to do.
    • ALL of these elements work together, to free up the performer to focus most of his (or her) energies on what really matters: connecting with people and expressing yourself by HAVING FUN WITH MAGIC!
